Aging Issues. Does taking Vitamin-E and Omega-3 helps you look young for a long time?
I take Vitamin-E, Zinc, Vitamin-A and Omega-3 supplements once daily and on top of that I always looked younger than my age way before taking these Vitamins.

I donīt think that taking these 2 products have ever been proved to make you look younger. It helps you avoid accelerated aging that is usually a consequence of a high carbohydrate diet.
