Omega 3 Cholesterol - Does Fish OIl Dissolves Cholesterol?

Omega 3 Cholesterol. What is the scientific validity of fish oil dissolving styrofoam correlates to it in dissolving cholesterol? Does the fish oil's ability in dissolving styrofoam cup correlates to its ability in dissolving cholesterol once it gets into your system and its quality?

omega 3 cholesterol I have seen some fish oil demonstration that dissolves a styrofoam cup and some aren't.

I don’t know about the Styrofoam but I can certainly tell you that fish oil does not dissolve cholesterol. Actually, when you start taking fish oil your total cholesterol remains very stable or even go up.

But that doesn’t necesarly is bad for you. What really changes is your lipid profile, meaning that your HDL cholesterol will go up( good cholesterol) and your triglycerides will come down.

These 2 parameters are the most important cardiovascular health predictors, contrary to what some doctors will make you believe (that Total and LDL cholesterol are the important numbers to come down.

Then, they start feeding you cholesterol pills). Close to 50% of cardiovascular deaths are people with normal range total cholesterol(less than 200).

Elevated triglycerides is the body’s answer to high omega 6 food ingestion. What are those omega 6 foods? Basically, all carbohydrates. That is to say, sugars, grains and all their oils, vegetables and fruits.
