Wheatgrass Juice - Omega 3 and Wheatgrass Benefits

Wheatgrass Juice. Hi, I was just wondering if wheat grass contains omega 3? If yes, how much of it in a tablespoon/powder form? I’m currently consuming fish oil, one teaspoon per day and one tablespoon of wheatgrass. Will I exceed the omega 3 dosage as I understand too much omega 3 is harmful?.. Thank you in advance.. If you are consuming one teaspoon per day, check the label to see how much omega 3 fatty acids has. Hopefully you should get close to 900 mgs of omega 3 fatty acids per day ( EPA plus DHA). No chance to get “too much” omega 3. In our modern diets we get 20 times less omega 3 that what we should.
