It“s important to understand that primitive or Paleolithic(see my page on

) man never suffered the disorders we have in modern society. We evolved for millions of years, eating a diet rich in raw meat, saturated fats and a few carbohydrates (there was no agriculture, just fruits, some vegetables and few whole grains, fire was not used).
All that toppled by lots of exercise while chasing those foods. Our organism is formed and made for that diet. It is our natural diet and the closer we stay to it the healthier we“ll be. No matter what any low cholesterol oil manufacturer, modern medical organization or scientist say.
This is where omega 3 and weight loss come together. All that primitive food was full of omega 3 and the necessary omega 6 to have a perfect balance in their ratio.

A 12-week intervention trial examined the effect of omega-3 fish oil taken daily in combination with moderate aerobic exercise three times a week for overweight adults. Participants were diagnosed as having metabolic syndrome, a cluster of symptoms associated with obesity that include hypertension, high blood triglycerides and insulin resistance or heightened insulin levels, a precursor to diabetes.
The final results showed that the total proportion of fat in the body, particularly in the abdominal region, was reduced significantly in the omega 3 and exercise group, but not by fish oil or exercise alone.
While blood pressure tended to decrease with fish oil alone, the tendency was once again greatest in the fish oil and exercise group. It also had a beneficial effect on heart rate variability, triglyceride levels and artery function.
The Benefits of Fish Oil and Weight Loss Together

Major blood pressure drop. The effects of using omega 3 and weight loss together in blood pressure were bigger than either one separated, on overweight persons. With fish oil alone there was a drop of 6.0 mmHg diastolic / 3.0 mmHg systolic, with weight loss alone there was a drop of 5.5 mmHg /2.2mmHg, and 13.0 mmHg/9.3 mm Hg with Omega 3 and weight loss combined.

Cook with coconut oil instead of vegetable oils. When hungry in between meals eat lots of coconut. Nothing is healthier. It speeds up your metabolism.
No sodas, diet or regular. They are bad for your health for either their sugar contend or for their toxic and cancerous chemicals. I can see this sounds terrible for many people used to drink 5 or 6 sodas a day. They don’t understand how anybody could survive drinking that tasteless thing called water. It is difficult habit but after a few weeks you will survive.

No hydrogenated oils or hydrogenated fats, like margarine, cookies, crackers etc. These are the infamous Trans fats.
Increase your consumption of natural fats. Butter, olive oil, coconut, coconut oil for cooking, milk, cheese, meats from grass-fed(not grain fed) cattle etc.
