If you are at your ideal weight you should take 3 grams per day of fish oil( equivalente to 900 mg of omega 3 fatty acids, EPA plus DHA). If you are overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetes it should be 6 grams per day. Vitamin E should accompany your omega 3, take 400 IU per day to avoid oxidation inside your body.

No I don’t know of any brand that has enough vitamin E and Omega 3 together, they all have small amounts of vitamin E for preservation in the capsule. That amount is so small it does not avoid oxidation inside your body.
