Looking Younger With Omega 3

Does taking Vitamin-E and Omega-3 helps you look young for a long time? I take Vitamin-E, Zinc, Vitamin-A and Omega-3 supplements once daily and on top of that I always looked younger than my age way before taking these Vitamins.

Laura: Taking vitamin E with omega 3 is a smart move since omega 3 fatty acids oxidizes in the body very easily. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that avoids omega 3 from getting rancid.
I don´t think that taking these two products have ever been proved to make you look younger, for any amount of time. Reality is that omega 3 is well known for decreasing inflammation in all body cells and one way to understand aging is as an inflammation process. In that respect you are right.
It certainly will make you healthier to take and antioxidant and an essential fatty acid as omega 3.
