Leaky Gut Syndrome and Krill Oil

I have been taking two of NKO capsules after breakfast for 6 days now. I felt slightly sluggish since the second day. By today (the 6th day) I clearly feel very sluggish, had to take a 2 and half hour nap mid day, lack of interest in doing things, strong tension headache, stomach cramp.
The main reason I wanted to start taking the NKO was for its strong antioxidant effect. I am diagnosed by leaky gut syndrome and avoid a lot of food items.
But in fact I find fish generally safe for me I just avoid fish due to contamination. Could my symptoms from use of NKO go away if I take only one cap after breakfast? Or, could it diminish if I take it along with stomach enzymes? Are my symptoms due to my leaky gut? I know NKO is free from gluten, dairy, corn, nuts, egg,...
Thanks
Answer:
First, you should determine if your sluggish feelings are really from the krill oil. Stop taking it and see if the feeling disappears….Then try again with one capsule a day for several days. It may take your body a few days to get used to this krill oil. Once you are used to one capsule, take the second.
If you still have the problem why don´t you try with fish oil? It may be easier on your metabolism. … Omega 3 oils are recommended in the leaky gut syndrome to reduce chronic inflammation
