I know this sounds like torture to many people but it can literally save your life. If we want to bring a sense of balance to our life, (by this I mean psychological and physical balance), we should start by doing

What can be accomplished by that? Our worst enemy is insulin. By exercising at a high intensity- (according to your condition) - for 30 minutes a day, your body starts bringing your hormones into balance. This is very important because the hormone that most damages our system most is insulin.
Insulin, or high insulin, has many negative consequences, but basically, it accelerates aging, makes us fat, increases the spread of tumor cells, brings inflammation, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, etc. All the things we don’t want.
By exercising every day, for 20 – 30 minutes, at a high level of intensity, we bring insulin back to acceptable levels, and we normalize our aging, as well as our blood pressure, triglycerides, inflammation, etc.
That’s not bad for something so simple and free. But many people would rather die on their couches.
Somebody once said that if the benefits of exercise could be synthesized in a pill, people would form endless lines in front of pharmacies, to pay for it.. But since it is free, nobody cares…. Do you?.
Somebody else said: most people are not healthy enough to not exercise.

More Bad News
I have a natural tendency to love good quality food in large quantities. I don’t want to call myself a glutton, an overeater, maybe voracious?. ..Anyhow, when somebody talks of dieting, changing habits and all the like, I also have the tendency to run...... I don’t want to hear about restrictions because they imply a lot of suffering.
New eating habits? What could be more awful?. Well, I am here to tell you that you are right, if you agree with some of the above. I would be doing the same thing.
Yes, I am here to tell you the hard truth. We have to change what we eat, otherwise we won’t get all fish oil benefits we want for our health.
We have to bring back the balance between the omega 6 and omega 3 ratio by drastically reducing the amounts of omega 6 (that is, all grains, cereals and grain oils), and increase the omega 3 levels by taking fish oil.- Sorry, no eating actual fish because there is too much mercury in fish.
If you are overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetes you better stop eating ALL grains. I know, it sounds terrible. It couldn’t be worse, but it’s the truth. As soon as you begin avoiding all grains and exercising, your insulin will come drastically down, you will feel 100% better and you won’t want to go back to your old ways.
You’ll lose weight immediately, without the pain and suffering of dieting because you are NOT dieting. You are changing the foods you eat. You can eat until you’re full and, not be hungry. ..
