Fish Oil Benefits Questions
All body cells have a membrane. Each membrane is mainly made of essential fats, or essential fatty acids, Omega 6 and Omega 3. If the membrane has too much Omega 6 it becomes hard, viscous and there are problems for the food, energy and hormone transfer.
"Omega 3 is an ESSENTIAL fat, meaning is ESSENTIAL to keep your health"
When Omega 3 is sufficient the membrane is thinner, less viscous, more elastic, less inflamed. Too much 3 Omega and the membrane “drips”. Too much Omega 6 and is clogged. It has been established that the appropriate Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio is near 1:1. In our modern life this ratio has changed to around 20:1, and some times up to 50:1. We eat too much Omega 6.
Too much Omega 6 and our cellular membranes are heavy, inelastic and the cellular function is slow. The body must do more work to feed itself and to remove toxins. Tissues are plugged up and they become inflamed. Inflammation is the main symptom of many diseases, from heart disease , arthritis, allergies and the list goes on and on.
Omega 3 deficiency is also related to diseases like diabetes and thyroid dysfunction. If your membranes are slow, your body must produce more insulin to be able to put sugars into cells to produce energy. The, you become more insulin resistant. If your pancreas is inflamed it will be more difficult to produce the insulin your body is demanding.
Omega 3 fish oil deficiency also is related to
high cholesterol. Cholesterol is a substance that heals and alleviates inflammation. High cholesterol is not the real problem. The body produces more cholesterol to try to fix something, generally inflammation. Fix the inflammation and the body will lower its cholesterol production. In addition, insulin stimulates more cholesterol production.
Eating grain grains, grain oils, carbonated drinks, cakes, breads, cereals, etc., overloads the body with Omega 6.
Near 90% of the population in modern societies has an imbalance in the Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio. They all have an Omega 3 deficiency.

Do you know why Omega 3 with DHA is so good for you?
Most people don’t - and as a result they do not enjoy the level of vibrant health that they should! Instead they suffer from avoidable ailments such as heart disease. Even worse, many people as they get older, gradually ‘lose’ their mind and live out their twilight years not even recognizing their friends or family.
Scientists throughout the world believe a great deal of the suffering caused from these diseases could be avoided by adequate intake of an essential Omega 3 fatty acid found in fish oil called DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) You may want to read this information.
It's likely that you... like most of us, take dietary supplements of one type
of another. But, do you really know if you are receiving the benefits that you
expect? So many of the supplements on the market are ineffective either due to
low potency levels, or, they simply do not contain what is stated on the label.
Even worst, many supplements can have dangerously high levels of contaminants
due to relaxed regulatory regulations governing the manufacture of dietary
supplements. There is some interesting information available on this subject. If
you take supplements we would recommend you check out this info by clicking
