Exercise At Home For Better Endurance

I would like to know what suggestions of at home exercises (inside the house) you have for better endurance (running endurance) and that require the least amount of equipment.
Something else, stretching has to be done before or after exercise?

I have been doing exercise for more than 30 years and every time I do some stretching before exercise for more than a week or two, I always get some kind of pain somewhere in my body. I believe most of what has been written about stretching could be baloney. I stretch a little after a long run, more than 45 minutes. Otherwise, I don’t do it. Probably, it is my mistake.
For indoor exercises I would recommend calisthenics, you don’t need any equipment and it is great for fat burning and endurance. Nevertheless, your best bet to get running endurance would be to indoors running, with a treadmill, or stationary bicycle (if you have a bike, just get a support)
