Constipation and Worsening of Neuropathy With Fish OIl

by marilyn tobubu
(seattle wash USA)

Hi. My husband bought a cheap version of fish oil about a few days. After taking a capsule 3 times a day tablets(store brand), he has diabetics and neuropathy, he noticed constipation and also more hand cramping of his neuropathy which is a hand cramping associated with his diabetics which is the relief he wanted with fish oil.

We can’t figure it out

Thanks.

Answer:
Hi Marilyn. If I were in your situation, I would stop taking the fish oil for a few days to see if the symptoms change. Then, I would restart taking the fish oil again to establish a clear relationship with that fish oil.

According to the results, you may try a molecularly distilled fish oil (a more pure fish oil) like the one we sell here.

Please, let me know what happens.

Best wishes,

Alfredo E.
