Altenative omega 3 sources

Altenative omega 3 sources

Hi. I know I need fish oil but every time I try something seems to block up in my upper stomach left side just under breast. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and I would like to be able to take fish oil, etc.

Any suggestions? Right now all I can do is rub it on my face and chest and hope it absorbs....

Thanks Barbara.

Answer:
I don’t know how you can rob fish oil on your face and chest, it has a very strong odor.

I really don’t understand very well your side effect but I would make some suggestions that are usually applied to fish oil consumers.

Firsts, establish the certainty of the source of your side effect. For example, stop using your fish oil for a few days and restart taking it again. That fact that the side effect goes and come back with the fish oil tells you the real source.

Second, if your fish oil is to blame for your feelings, you have two choices, switch to a different label of fish oil and to a different quality, as molecularly distilled fish oil. Some of the small impurities of your actual fish oil may be causing your reaction and a different fish oil with a better quality could be way to avoid it.

Third, change the source of omega 3. The active ingredient in the fish oil is the omega 3 fat, EPA and DHA. There are other sources of omega 3, like cod liver oil and krill oil, that you can buy Omega 3 Store.

Please, do not get confused with vegetable omega 3, is has omega 3 in the form of ALA acid that is not a bio available omega 3. It should be from animal origin like fish oil, cod liver oil or krill oil, they all have the active form of omega 3, EPA and DHA.

Fourth, you could also try freezing you omega 3 capsules so they dissolve in you intestine instead of your stomach. And finally, you can buy “enteric Coated” fish oil that also dissolves in the intestine.

Do not forget that just the fact to take one capsule of fish oil may not be enough, make sure to follow my recommendations on the dosage according to you physical condition. Please, read Omega 3 Fatty acids dosage

Best wishes,

Alfredo E.
P.S. Don’t forget your daily omega 3 for your entire family. You can find omega 3 in Cod Liver Oil, Krill Oil and Fish Oil,molecularly distilled, free of impurities sent anywhere in the world at low reasonable price, Omega 3 Store

fish oil makes me nauseous
by: Anonymous

I have been taking fish oil for several years now because I believe it is good for my mental and overall well being. I am currently taking ethical nutrients liquid fish oil so that I can take less and get more omega 3.

However, i feel really nauseous from fish oil, whether capsules or liquid. It is at the point where i no longer want to take it because i am tired of feeling sick all the time. I have tried taking it all sorts of times of day, with and without food etc, it is high quality fish oil and not rancid.

Do you have any suggestions to reduce the nausea?

Answer:

Have you tried krill oil or cod liver oil?
